Option to turn off client cancelations.
Please provide an option to completely disable the ability for clients to cancel their own appointments online, even if they are trying to do so outside of the late-cancellation window.
Giving businesses the ability to turn off client-side cancellations entirely forces all clients to call or text the business directly to make changes. This keeps our front desk in complete control of the schedule, improves client retention through live rescheduling conversations, and prevents unexplained gaps on our calendar.
