72 hour confirmation text that has to be confirmed or the appointment is canceled
A confirmation text is sent to the client 72 hours before their appointment. They have 24 hours within receiving the confirmation text to confirm their appointment or the appointment is canceled. This takes the guess work out of whether or not the client will show up and the stylist will be able to then have a bigger window to fill the appointment slot.
