Having the ability to turn off tips for specific employees
With aesthetic centers, we employ, MDs, APPs, RNs, and LMEs. While tips should never be requested for MDs, it is beneficial for LMEs or RNs to be tipped (APPs if the patient truly wishes to do so, who are not owners of the company). Currently, we are unable to do that and our patients are asked to tip our MD owners (which is in poor taste). When we turned off tips, then our LME would lose out on tips for her services that she provides.
