Convert Text Conversations into Client Profiles
Add the ability to create a new client directly from a text conversation in Messages. When creating the client, any available information from the message thread (such as name, phone number, email, and other identifiable details) should automatically populate the new client profile to reduce manual data entry and streamline lead conversion.
