refresh report

Add a button to refresh the report and pull the most recent data on demand.

This is so hard to deal with when you are looking at fresh data for today. You have to navigate away from the report and then back to get fresh data. the refresh button doesn't work because the reports are all in one tab that doesn't change the URL.
