make the calendar smaller
I want to be able to see my whole day or week appts at a glance without having to scroll through these giant boxes

On the desktop I often have the page for Boulevard zoomed to 80 or 90% to make it all fit better. It really works well for me on almost any size screen. Your Mileage may vary, but it may help you!
If you are on the App, then not much you can do there.
