If Boulevard is able to generate a notification when an online appointment is booked, it would be extremely helpful for the system to also generate a notification when an online product or membership is purchased.
Currently, our workflow requires manually reviewing daily sales each morning to determine whether any products or memberships were purchased overnight. This process is inefficient and creates opportunity for missed orders.
A notification pop-up in the Notifications area — similar to the online booking alert — would allow these purchases to be immediately visible to our team. Ideally, the notification could be marked as “read” once the order has been fulfilled, creating a cleaner and more reliable workflow.
This enhancement would significantly improve efficiency, reduce errors, and ensure timely fulfillment of online purchases.
