Self-booking overlay image not be so dark

The image displayed in the self-booking overlay is extremely dark and there are no options for cropping when uploading to ensure it's centered on the part you would like displayed. Please add more options for this image.

    The booking overlay is terrible. Please review PATIENTNOW and see the difference.
