Remove the CAP on client invoices from 100
PLEASE Remove the CAP of 100 Invoices in a client's history. WHY? Why is there a limit on the number of invoices that a client can have?
Some clients come in 3 times a week for biohacking. But they also do Botox and get expensive packages. Yet their order history, appointment history and note histories are all limited to 100 entries.
We are being told to run these RIDICULOUSLY cumbersome reports to find an invoice from a few months ago that has dropped off the history of our frequent fliers. This is beyond disappointing. We were never advised that client histories were limited.
And because the vouchers were messed up when BLVD changed things last December, we are manually voiding vouchers since Free/gifted vouchers are being assigned values on the order histories as if the client paid for them, so those notes in the overview section are also capped at 100 entries. There should not be these limitations.
