We need an easy way to identify and reactivate clients with vouchers that have recently expired or are expiring soon. Right now, the only option is to do Excel surgery, which takes over half an hour and still doesn’t give me a reliable list of clients. This process is incredibly frustrating for me and for our staff who do reminder calls and texts. The current reports do not show vouchers which are in an expired state at the moment in which I draw the report.

While I can make a report of Outstanding Voucher Liabilities and change the date to a previous month, it is not reliable. For example, I could make the report reflect the snapshot in time of May 2025. It'll show vouchers set to expire in July. But some of those vouchers have since been updated manually or used by the client and the expiration dates are not accurate.

What we are asking for is a report that shows all vouchers that are currently expired or are set to expire soon. The report should display the client name, the voucher, and the expiration date, including both dates that have already passed and dates that are coming up. It’s important that this report reflects only current expirations and not old vouchers that had their dates manually changed after the fact and are not currently in an expired state.

Clients genuinely appreciate reminder calls about their outstanding vouchers, and it’s a disservice when they show up years later only to discover that they had a voucher which expired without any notice. When this happens, we sometimes manually reactivate the voucher, but unfortunately some of those clients never return. That hurts both the client experience and our business.

This is functionality we didn’t realize we were sacrificing when we signed up for Boulevard, and resolving it would have a direct impact on our revenue and client experience and also my experience working with your software. Thank you.
