The Sales and Refunds report has a column called Created On. Unfortunately, dates aren't in mm/dd/yyyy format. The leading zeros aren't there. For instance, February 2nd isn't 02/02/yyyy it's 2/2/yyyy. This creates a problem when sorting the data by that column. So the report for the month, when sorted by the column "Created On" puts the transactions from the 2nd after the 19th. To solve this problem please change the way dates are recorded in the system.
