ability for clients see previous forms- example pre/post information
We need a way for clients to see the forms that they have signed such as pre/post information for repeat upcoming appointments

I think in addition to this if they go in to their client portal now they see the forms have been completed but you can not click on them or have a button on the side that would open up a copy of their signed form
