Allow provider to add a form or chart with out client being scheduled.
for example client calls with weight loss progression. currently the only we can make note of it is by making an appointment and adding the note there.

CRITICAL to PATIENT MANAGEMENT. Do NOT call yourself an electronic health record company if you are not able to accomodate the very REAL necessities that come with it.
