Major product gap that should be filled asap Please. This was submitted in 2020 and still no change?!

I like BLVD, but this is a huge hole. I'm sure it's a deal breaker for a lot of people. Anything that requires a deposit needs invoicing. Seems like it should be pretty easy to add as well.

disappointed that this isn't a feature yet, basic common feature to have.

This should be a basic standard in any booking system. Not having invoicing available is quite frankly, embarrassing.

Clients will be able to open a link to pay instead of paying over the phone fro products.

Send patients a customized & itemized invoice with a "pay now" option via text/email. This gives patients not only a visual breakdown of what they're purchasing (like a receipt) but gives them to option to pay for it when "they're ready" (invoice preferably expires within 24 hours to give urgency without pressure). This also allows patients to enter in their own card information themselves (like making an online purchase) instead of us calling them and asking to collect payment. This method was used by LaserAway via Square & was very beneficial with closing sales. This completely eliminated the "pushy" & "bill collector" approach.

The ability to Email or text a link for the client to make a secure deposit or payment.

I would love to be able to invoice a client and they can pay through a secure portal on Boulevard.

I am currently switching booking services because of this but I wanted to check in with you first to see if it would be an option anytime soon.

If you build this, can you please, please also talk to us health care people? Build it once and build it right. We would use it to send medical invoices and it needs a few customizations for that. Happy to chat and send you what is on the medical bill, it is pretty standard.

Would love to be able to send invoices or some type of 'bill' to clients that no show or cancel last minute and do not have a card on file. Otherwise they are just allowed to rebook and we have no way of seeing the past unpaid balance

Have the ability to send an invoices to clients. Sometimes taking a payment over the phone can be time consuming, and using an invoice system is nice for the client to see the exact amount for each product/service. Also makes purchases/paying for product easier for clients.

Have the ability to send invoices to clients through the dashboard.

update to invoice via text - we need to take deposits and there is no effective way to do it currently. other platforms offer invoicing. but we want all forms, invoices etc to be via text. no one looks at their personal email all day anymore

This is a MUST HAVE for my business. It has been insane trying to get payment with no invoices.

Having an invoice option would be great! I run a heavy bridal business from my salon and it'd be nice to be able to invoice the brides for their deposits.

It would be nice to be able to send client's invoices for products.
