Hello folks! Thank you for your product feedback! You’ll be happy to hear that we recently released advanced charting’s new sign-off functionality. You can now designate certain staff members as reviewers, and they can review, add feedback, and approve any form or chart.

I would like to sign and request physician co-signature from BLVD. This would allow me to operate 100% on BLVD and eliminate the need for a separate EMR.

Assigning completed charts/forms to head of spa / Nurse practitioner. Our NP oversees everything and signs off on completed SOAP notes. We just switched to Boulevard and we need a way to complete this due to our practice regulations.

Allow for clients to partially complete forms upon check in on Duo Ipad and save as draft if the required fields are not completed. Needed for MedSpas Provider and Medical Director sign off on patient forms to avoid the need to have two forms
