Actual price the client is paying today, shown on iPad on their side.
When a client leaves a deposit, and I go to check them out, it shows them the total amount of the service, and does not show that they also put down a deposit. It creates a lot of confusion at the desk because they think they are being charged full price, when they already paid a deposit.
The order total on the iPad will match what is shown on the dashboard, with a cleaner and easier to read layout.
To see these changes, please update your Duo app!

This would be very helpful as many patients are confused and get a bit irritated that they see a different; a higher amount then there actual cost.

This Idea would be so so helpful at the time of check out. In my experience most of the time I check out a patient they are confuse with their total because of the pay and confirm screen. Then, I have to clarify or print out their invoice to show proof of the exact amount charged.

This would help A LOT! The pay/confirm screen showing the total without Discounts subtracted confuses patients. They think they are being overcharged.

The way the “Confirm Total” screen and the last “Paid” screens are presented is causing confusion at check out.
The Confirm Total Screen shows the Discounts, Offers, Other Payments (in our case as a Medspa these are our Alle/Aspire Rewards payments and CareCredit payments) and the Total which is the remaining total the patient will pay by credit card in the next step.
Once they insert their credit card the final screen shows the Total Amount paid (this includes the Other Payments mentioned above). So, invariably, the patient is confused and asks, “why am I paying so much, I thought I was paying the Confirm Total screen amount.” We have to tell them not to worry and that their credit card was properly charged the amount on the previous Confirm Total screen.
On the very last Paid screen it would be helpful to clarify the total paid vs the total paid by credit card. Thank you very much.

The total after the deposit paid should also be shown on checkout screen as well as total of service. It is exhausting to explain to EVERY client at checkout that their deposit has been applied, however only the preappointment total is shown. It slows checkout down alot. Some clients even want to see our computer screen for visual proof before they move forward with the transaction.

Idea: With the new checkout flow, the total is doesn't always show on the iPad when clients are using different forms of payment (card + account credit, or card + gift cards). Show all line items and total
Feedback: Are there any plans to update it again to show the actual charge? This is becoming a consistent issue with our clients unfortunately. We have been accused of over charging serval guests because the Boulevard Duo is not reflecting the actual charge

When checking out clients with a discounted total, please show the discounts on the first screen on the iPad rather than the full total of the appointment without the discounts shown. It causes clients to panic when they see the full total without the discount and we constantly have to explain that we did apply the discounts and they will be shown at the end. It would be much more helpful to show the itemized amount on the first page rather than waiting until the very last screen

Display discounted price, or a breakdown of total plus discount, on the Duo app so that clients can see the price with their discount

If a client pays cash for their transaction we should have record of what they gave as payment. For example. if their charge was 52 and they gave 60 we should see on their receipt 60 tendered and change given. Right now it only shows the amount of ticket.

After the client chooses a tip amount, the Ipad should display the total. It's necessary for the client to know the total amount that will be charged to their card after imputing tip amount.

When a client indicates gratuity during online booking, it should be pre-selected at checkout and show up on the ipad so they don't have to enter it twice OR so the client doesn't skip adding gratuity at checkout bc they assume they already did so when booking online.
