Use dynamic HTML for appointment notification emails for service providers that does not provide names in simple text to prevent data leak.
In a perfect world where our software can give our staff the notifications that they need to provide care to clients but also the business does not have to worry about Boulevard data being collected in private email servers of our staff...
The email would have subject: "A client has booked a BBL Tuesday at 3pm" and only in the email body there was a appointment card that utilizes dynamic HTML that shows the staff when viewing that Nicki Minaj has booked a BBL at 3pm on Tuesday.
This data with client name is only available up until the appointment, once the time has lapsed, the dynamic HTML swaps to show an appointment card "The appointment for a BBL at 3pm on Tuesday has already lapsed.
Purpose: staff no longer have client data when they no longer need it.
Bonus: perhaps this code would show appointment cards that are always updated with the latest, if Ms. Minaj changed her appointment time after booking, that the ORIGINAL email's dynamic HTML appointment card shows the updated time and that she changed her appt. Of course a separate email that the appt time has been updated would be issued and follow these same rules.
