Custom fields for intake forms
Pull client data, including Forms data, into a separate database/BI tool/profile- Relies on the aforementioned "Custom Fields" and "Intake Form-to-Custom Fields Mapping" project, as well as "Form Data in SSAS".

Allow custom fields in forms that map to specific areas in the client profile.

Images Medspa would like the ability to create a custom client field that could be connected in forms for auto-upload. Alternatively, the ability to securely report on different form data would be helpful.
