  2. Group booking needs to be MUCH more clear for clients. It should not allow them to only book one appointment for themselves without adding guest info. I have run into the issue of clients thinking they booked multiple services for themselves and a friend because Blvd allows them to get all the way to checkout before asking for an additional appointment or requiring guest info.

    It also gives us no inclination that a client used the Group Booking tab so we can't check to see if they meant to put another guest! We are a day spa that offers multiple…

  5. Currently, the Referral field has no option to collect a referring clients name. You have to collect this separately and then add it to the clients profile in order to use it as a reporting data point. Boulevard, overall, needs to work on a referral reward program as part of its internal marketing.

  7. We have a membership that requires an enrollment fee and also charges monthly. I know how to set up a membership for purchase online, however since there is no way to charge the enrollment fee with it we aren't able to see memberships online. We need an update to allow for an enrollment fee to be automatically charged ONCE so that we can sell memberships online.

Would love an option for "Service Buffer Timing" or something similar that does not reflect the additional time on the service time to the client and also does not allow that buffer time to be overbooked. Ex. client gets facial with tech1 and brows with tech2 and that buffer time isn't able to be booked for brow time, it would book brows after the buffer time.

  11. I'm quite surprised I didn't see anyone else mention this. The Time Clock report stinks. The already created summary falls short in showing the total hours worked for the day (since it lists start, stop, break start, break stop, start and stop) therefore it doesn't give you what was worked that day (i.e. if overtime is due). I've got to think most companies use BLVD for time cards, why is this report so lacking. I did create a custom report, which is better, but ultimately, there needs to be some changes. We have VIP clients we manually add a % discount to all their services. we would like to be able to have a button that automatically adds the % discount to anything they book vs the current way where we have to manually add the discount to each service type and it saves for future appointments

  13. I would love to have a signature button that i can add to my notes. this would automatically sign my name (or whoever is logged in) and add a date and time stamp.

    right now, i need to manually draw my signature or type my name which takes alot of time.

  14. Boulevard doesn't send an updated text to the service providers when an appointment has been reschedule to another date/time. Only the original appointment booking and cancellation. Please create a text feature for this.

  15. The recent app updates have made it so that our service providers can no longer see what services are booked from their main homepage (their calendar view). They are forced to click into the appointment to find out what services are booked, causing extra delay in using the app, when it was clearly visible at a glance prior. Please fix this!

  17. Flawless Skin Center would like to be able to quickly see the total time of services being rescheduled in a single appointment. Currently, it lists out individual service times, and they have to calculate when rescheduling to ensure the whole appointment will fit in the new time slot.
