Client tag addition relocation
When adding a client tag in the account screen you sometimes have to scroll down to see the button to add the tag. It would be nice if this was just below the contact information so scrolling wasn't necessary. A quality of life improvement.

Make modifiers to be reported
Modifiers are set up so much better than add ons by the way they are inside the service time. They just need to be able to be tracked and for us to run reports on usage. We tried add ons and it’s a mess, TBH.

offer activity logs for all financial actions so owners can confirm who performed certain actions on a client account
If account credits or charges & payments are done on any client account, there should be a point of reference for owners/managers to see who performed the action. It's actually a very basic tool on most EMR programs I've worked with.

new client booking windows
have an option where certain people accepting new clients on certain days only (won't allow current clients to book that day ex: Wednesday)
or certain stylists aren't accepting new clients so that others are more available to take them.

Alert before charging clients using the card on file
As a new salon to Boulevard, we thought we would only use the stored card when prompted or if selected. The checkout is vague and we have mistakenly charged the card on file. Some clients prefer to use a different card than the one stored. We do not like the extra fees involved with using the stored card.

Forms Without Signature Show Incomplete on Client Side
I'm not sure if there is an error or how forms are currently built. We send Pre-Appointment instructions and Post-Care instructions. These don't need to be completed or signed. On the client side, they see these forms are not completed and it's very confusing for them. There isn't anything that needs to be completed since they're instructions.

Hourly Rates for Services
Charging hourly rates for services and we need to have the option to indicate "/hour" in the booking widget for clients to clearly understand the number they’re looking at is the provider's hourly rate.

At checkout on DUO- please make "add tip on card" section for assistants editable
If a client clicks on " add tip on card" on the DUO for an assistant, and then opts to use cash instead, there is no way of completing the transaction. We currently have you close the transaction window in boulevard, and close and reopen the app to refresh the ticket. There has to be an easier way. Would it be possible to add a back button to be able to void the tip on card selection on the custom gratuity page? Thanks
