  2. They want a pop up alert that tells if the client has a card on file or not when booking the appointment, before it's been finalized. They want this so that they can easily tell if they need to ask for a card when booking appointments internally through the dashboard.

  5. The business would like to choose which reason, by default, timeblocks are created as. Currently, unless otherwise specified, the reason will be set as 'Personal'. This can be easily missed which results in skewed Utilization % tracking.

    Common use-cases for timeblocks are for meal breaks, training, meetings, or 'catch-up time' if the current client is taking longer than anticipated. These would be considered 'Business'. (Staff utilization shouldn't be penalized for meal breaks and the other reasons are business-related.)

    Better yet, have NO timeblock reason chosen by default and make the user select one before saving.

  9. There are some things that are listed in alphabetical order but also a lot that aren't, this inconsistency seems like a design flaw. Some of the things that are NOT listed alphabetically are:
    - Privilege Group dropdown when assigning it to individual employees
    - Staff Role dropdown when assigning it to individual employees
    - Assigned Locations dropdown when assigning it to individual employees
    - Product category list when creating a new sku

    There may be more but those are the most common ones that I see

  10. Ability to change employee privilege groups in bulk, instead of one employee at a time. We are getting rid of a privilege group and moving everyone from that one to an existing group, but we first have to move all 50 employees over to their new one before deleting it which is extremely tedious

  13. ...unless they opt back in. Businesses largely will not have visibility regarding client's lack of SMS communication. There should also be indicators more prominently displayed next to phone numbers whenever shown in Front Desk, Calendar, Messages, and Client tabs that denote NO SMS, or client has disabled all SMS. Some businesses HEAVILY rely on SMS and if clients are not receiving reminders and/or confirmations then being charged no-shows... there WILL be hiccups. The current set up potentially causes Blvd to force businesses to be in a rough spot where staff have the concept that their clients are being messages when…

  14. A report should be created allowing staff to search for a specific future appointment in the book. For the 'not so typical service', in order to prepare for materials needed and staff to be available. -or- Another way to look at this, let's say you've previously scheduled a complex service with a client and can not remember when it is in the future / can not remember the client... being able to search the service would help.

  15. Would like to request client data to appear in multiple beta reports (be able to filter)
    1- Be able to select any and all info you want to see in all report (client birthday, email, phone, tags, anything from the client profile)
    and also
    2- Uploaded photos on profiles should auto populate instead of having to click

  16. Can we have the calendar show how many weeks in the past a certain date is(-1w, -2w, etc)? I frequently have to count backwards on the calendar and that would help.

  18. Seems like clients are passing on the waitlist option because of requiring a credit card to request a spot on the waitlist. They don't have an actual appointment yet so asking for a credit card feels weird. It would be nice to have the option to pick and choose what requires a credit card?
