  2. In the salon guests emailed receipt, there is a button that says, "book next appt." If a salon/spa does not offer on-line booking, this button should be able to be eliminated from the receipt. So this is my suggestion, that you make this feature optional. Thank you.

  3. This feature would automatically apply an offer code when a client's cart total exceeds a specified amount. Key benefits include:

    • Streamlined checkout process for clients
    • Increased sales through incentivized higher spending
    • Reduced manual intervention from staff
    • Flexibility to set different thresholds for various promotions

    The system would continuously monitor the cart total during the booking process and instantly apply the relevant offer once the threshold is met, enhancing the overall customer experience and potentially boosting revenue.

  7. We require new patients/customers to pay a deposit (to protect against no shows). Unfortunately, there is no way to distinguish between current customers and new customers. We need a gateway (are you a new customer question) OR ideally a way of showing certain services to new patients and certain services to existing patients. This has become a big issue as rather than booking under services titled "New Patients to XXXXX Start Here" since they require a deposit, they circumvent the system and book under other services.

  8. Void orders that are older than today. Sometimes I find an error in an order that was closed in the previous week or month and would like to be able to void the order and generate a new ticket to correct the error instead of having to issue a refund.

  10. This feature would allow businesses to automatically remove commissions when employees receive services at their own workplace. Currently, there isn't a direct way to do this in the system. The feature would enable businesses to:

    1. Automatically detect when an employee is receiving a service
    2. Apply a 0% commission rate for these specific transactions
    3. Maintain normal commission rates for non-employee clients

    This would streamline the process of providing employee services without manually adjusting commissions or creating separate service categories.

    The feature would simplify payroll processes and eliminate the need for workarounds like creating separate "Employee Services" categories with 0% commission rates.…

  11. currently the only way to send clients the required forms is to book an appoitnment, but there should be a way to

    1 - manually add a different form to a clients profile

    2 - click a button and manually send off that form via text/email to the client

  14. where you can put add on products WITH a service so you can still track the inventory but help everyone remember to offer to patients. also lets patients see more of what you have if you are looking to book online

    right now you can do it by making it an add on SERVICE but then you dont track inventory!

  16. Please provide this the same way you have done for Shopify. Zapier is super complicated for the WooCommerce integration, and it doesn't work well. I need my inventory to sync simultaneously and correctly between WooCommerce and Boulevard.

  19. Having a priority tag for waitlists would be hugely helpful. Occasionally people have a client they want to contact first and as of right now you have to dig through all of the notes of individual clients, which can be quite a feat for longer waitlists.

  20. Add a built-in installment payment feature for service packages. This feature should allow clients to pay in multiple installments without needing third-party financing solutions like Cherry or Affirm. Similar to Zenoti, the feature would enable salons/spas to configure up to four scheduled payments, with each installment automatically charged to the client's saved card on file. This streamlined solution provides flexibility for clients, improves cash flow for the business, and enhances the overall customer experience by eliminating the need for external (and expensive) financing apps.
