First time clients subjected to first-time booking deposit rule set per location option
Returning clients only required to pay deposit as service is set up. This would help businesses deter poor attendance for first time customers specifically. Standard no-show cancellation fees somewhat work but the issue here is sometimes these clients' cards are non-functional and then the business is stuck with what in the end was a dummy booking.

A non-requested booking waitlist/queue
In which clients (or front desk) book the appointment and the appointments go into a feed that insert the appointments to the available times throughout the day but have no attached requested staff and are horizontally transferable. This column (working slightly like a resource) would have its own service prices that the performing service provider simply inherits for that appointment when an appointment gets assigned to them. Service providers want to be able to understand their stats/KPIs
At current the mobile app reports do not provide them the items they should easily be able to access
Daily, weekly, and monthly reports showing; Gross service, gross products, gross tips.
If business allows permission of seeing client details, then show detailed itemization. If not, then general amount per day, week, month.
Option as well to show timeclock stats of similar periods.

Client vs. Prospect capabilities
Is there a way of delineating a prospect from a client? Not all leads will end up becoming a client, unfortunately. But for marketing purposes we need to have the capability / option of having that person a lead or a client when entering them into our system. A simple categorization checkbox.
Is there a way of delineating when a client is active or non-active? A simple way of just clicking the profile and marking them as an active or non-active client?

Assigning tips based on designated rooms
Instead of assigning tips manually after each app, could we have an option to assign employees to their designated rooms so tips automatically go to them? :D

Report for guest product purchases
It would be SOOOO helpful to have a report that shows guest names that purchases with timeframes that we select. For example, we run promotions and I would love to run a report that I can enter the timeframe where it shows me the guests that purchase X number of products and what they purchased within that period.
