  8. when we are refunding money can you add "client cancel" button because 95% of the time we refund because they cancel, it will make the process so much easier than me typing all the time?

  16. The 4/6/8 week tab only takes you weeks from the current date. For example, if I book an appointment 4 weeks from today and I try to book another 4 weeks from then, I have to go back to today's date and click 8 weeks or use the calendar (but the calendar also only gives weeks from today's date).

  18. It would be nice to have the ability to creat SKU's with a price embedded in them to use for miscellaneous products that we don't want in inventory. Example: I have some shampoo that was sent as a promo, but I am not going to carry it full time. It would be great to have a SKU like: MISC2999 that would ring up as Miscellaneous Product for $29.99 so I can just put that on the product instead of adding it to inventory.
