Mark phone number as a primary for a guest
We often have parent's phone numbers under their children in Boulevard. 99.9% of the time the system uses the child's account when we receive a text from the number. It would be nice to be able to either mark the child as a child of the parent (and pick the parent in the system) or to mark the owner of the number so all of the texts default to that person.
Having a system of parents and children would be the ideal solution, but I understand it would be harder to implement.

Gift card should be default payment when available on clients account.
In the checkout, you would never know if someone had a giftcard balance unless they mention it. If they want to use it, having to go into their profile and copy/paste back to the check-out screen is time-consuming.

Allow for scheduled holiday closures.
Currently, the only way to block off for a holiday is to put individual blocks or change availability for staff individually. This is very time consuming for a large salon. Would be great if we could set the holidays for the year under management. Thanks!

Looking up stylist prices
we need easy access to stylist prices when potential client is asking. SalonBiz has them when you click on the stylist name in the calendar

ACH
It would be great to bill clients via ACH for memberships. Credit cards are too easy to request a new one or lock.

Owner Notifications
We moved from Square to BLVD, and one feature that I miss is that as a salon owner, I would receive text and/or email notifications each time my staff had a new appointment scheduled or cancelled.
It would come through as:
"Owner's Copy: Makenzie has a new appointement with Andrea Johnson for a Lash Extension Full Set"
It was nice because I could gauge what the new appointment flow was... without having to manually log in and view the new alerts.

Email the amount and deposit date for each transfer
We moved from Square to BLVD and this is one feature I miss. I liked seeing email messages that let me know how much and when each transfer would be,
i.e. "Your Friday transfer of $3,561.00 will be sent on Sunday"
It would be nice to not manually have to check on transfers.

stylist levels
When setting up pricing for services. Have pricing based on a level and rather than customizing prices for each service provider individually you can just assign them to their level of pricing (ex. level 1, 2, 3, etc. or jr stylists, sr, master, etc.) That way when a service provider gets promoted you can just change their level and their pricing would reflect their new level instead of having to customize the pricing manually per service, per stylist.
