  2. I really dont understand why Gren Circle Fees go under retail. It throws the numbers off big time. Yesterday it showed that i sold 53 product but really 36 of the 53 were for 🟢fees. A big issue is when I go to pay my State Retail Tax and when I look up the total retail for the month it include green circle. This should be a seperate fee. Not service & Not Retail!

  6. When a client purchases a gift card over the phone, email or in-person, there is no way of specifying the gift card recipient. When a gift card is purchased outside of the booking widget, a recipient should be able to be determined and an email option should be available to email gift card recipient.

  8. I want to export the client list of who is receiving our marketing emails. I also would like to better understand how / if the email outreach logic takes into account clients who may have received the same email just days prior and if we can customize how often one client gets the same retargeting email in a month. Otherwise I think we need to turn them off.

  10. We reward our customers with Loyalty points to be used on future services. When a customer redeems the loyalty points on a service the Loyalty points are used as a discount instead of a payment type. This reduces or completely removes the commission that a service provider would have received. This also skews the discount report so it shows larger discounts given than what we have actually given. Loyalty points should be same as cash.

  16. Users currently don't have control. If a user wants to NOT do online booking but HAVE online GC purchasing, they cannot turn off Online Booking. This is a design flaw. Online GC's produced and emailed then have a "BOOK APPT ONLINE" option...but it shouldn't!! This gives clients a work around from our booking process that causes us time and headaches. Please decouple online gc widget from online booking!

  18. Having a tally at the end of your shift as to the time that you were on the clock that day, allows staff to better manage their time and prevent overtime hrs.
