  6. During covid we have had a lot of instances of needing to maybe close early or schedule lunches for multiple people at the same time. It would be useful to be able to add more than one person while creating a repeating block, instead of having to do it for every stylist.

  9. We should be able to add accommodations without needing an appointment to edit. If a stylist wants to add extra time to clients appointments, they don't always remember before the ticket is closed. If the client doesn't pre book, they have to keep an eye on their books to see when/if that client books again to add the accommodation.

  11. When client books an appointment the technician automatically get a confirmation booking. If the client decides to add another service with a separate provider, that provider DOES NOT receive an alert that a booking has been made. This added service is done through the EDIT mode. Unless providers are glued to the app, they may very well not notice that a service is being added to their schedule. They receive texts for cancellation and original bookings. Can we please have an alert mechanism for editing an existing appointment? Thanks

    1. Is this booking for you?
    2. If yes > normal booking flow
    3. If no > is this booking for a minor?

  13. The current tier system doesn't benefit my current business model for my staff. Please consider the option to have another commission payout.

  19. When booking clients on the wait list, there should be a way to add a client to mulitple dates rather than just one and having to go back in and add them again to the other date they asked for. For example add 'Jane Doe to the wait list for the date between 3/1 and 3/10' rather than having to go in and add her 10 times.

  20. In previous booking services we have used, they have the ability to discount any upcoming membership billing and have it go back to full price after. In boulevard, you can do that with only the first billing. Our referral program offers discounts on your next monthly payment for referring a friend. We are not able to do this with boulevard
