    I thought this was suppose to be great for medical spas. Why wouldn't they have the tips customizable it makes checkout so confusing for clients

    I totally agree! Now i have to chase clients down to ask them to leave the same review. If anything i've gotten LESS reviews since switching to boulevard this is absolutely ridiculous. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED
