It is critical to have the option to create a chart without having an appointment. Patients call in or email in with issues and it's necessary to chart that communication for all staff to see, but now we have to create an appointment just to chart it.

We have multiple patients that request to find out what their current account balance is in their Client Portal. Should be easy enough to add since vouchers & payment methods were added recently. Would save time and man power from patients calling/emailing in for this.
