    I'd like for all notes not to be able to be deleted by other staff. Just the person who leaves the note should be able to delete it.

    require certain demographics when booking patients, both online booking and front desk booking i.e. address, bday, email, phone number, etc

    HIPAA forms need to be signed annually to remain compliant. Is it possible to add the ability to set up a form to send to a client annually to ensure we remain compliant?
