    No Shows and late cancellations should be handled in a completely separate way. We charge a different amount for a no show vs a late cancellation. Additionally, the email the client receives for a no show shouldn't say that their appointment is cancellated. It needs to flat out say "You no-showed" with the consequences and/or fees charged.

    Gift Cards should show up as assigned to them in their profile. At checkout, the gift card should already pop up as a payment option instead of having to search for their gift card.

    This is not a planned priority for Boulevard at this time however we will continue to evaluate the needs of our customers against consumer protection measures defined by federal and state laws when considering this feature for development.
