To increase visibility on communications issues, it would be great if businesses could access the email history for client outreach so they can self serve on their own and be able to find out if an email confirmation was sent so they don't have to reach out to support.

In Med Spas, medical director sign off is not always required for patient charts. Currently required sign off can only be turned all the way on or all the way off. It would be great if Boulevard could implement features with the sign off that allows forms and charts to only require a specific % of required sign offs to better accommodate med spa customers.

Product Credits: promotional priced pre-sold items (IE Botox for a deal) should show the "deal" amount in the patients chart. NOT the full ticket price. If I am running a promotion, the patients account should reflect the actual amount they paid so it's clear what their "deal" was.
