Would like the ability to see the text and email history that are sent to customers

It would be nice to be able to see the correspondence we've had with clients as far as confirmations and receipts. The confirmation emails would be important for clients who claim they never received one, and receipt emails are important for making sure they have a record of their transaction. This is especially important with membership receipts since they aren't sent automatically. We send these manually and have no way of seeing if it was done on a particular day, so sometimes we send doubles which is confusing.

To increase visibility on communications issues, it would be great if businesses could access the email history for client outreach so they can self serve on their own and be able to find out if an email confirmation was sent so they don't have to reach out to support.

Outbox that displays every email (including marketing emails) and text messages that can be easily referenced if needed.

It would be helpful to have more visibility to see the email communications that are sent to the clients. To see if they were delivered, opened.

It would be very helpful to see what "One-Time Emails/Email Campaigns" a client has been sent/received via their Client Profile.

Display if a client has received a past due membership email as well as the total number of emails sent out to all clients. They send out lots of emails to clients and want to make sure they are keeping track of all emails that are sent.

it would be nice to see when email appointment reminders are sent, just to make sure people are receiving them

Perhaps this exists and we did not have the knowledge however, we can see the text messaging that has been sent to the client through boulevard software, but we have no knowledge of being able to see emails that have been sent to the client through the software since it does not show in our sent mail outside of Boulevard.

Our emails explain the cancelation policy. It would be nice to have an email tab like the message tab. Sometimes customer try to claim they didn't get the email.

Show history of all client communication with a client, including any emailed receipts etc.
