Ability to edit closed orders
Sometimes mistakes are made during the checkout process. It would help if we were able to edit closed orders. Example: We scheduled a same day client for a future day, closed out the order and are unable to remove her from the calendar for that future day.

to have the ability to 'edit' orders after they have closed, in case during the checkout window the timing becomes incorrect. this way we can correctly review clients' history

We should be able to edit a ticket once it is closed. Even if that is a management feature. It's awful that we have to make a new ticket. ON our old, not nearly as great software we could always make edits and add a payment!!!

We would love to be able to adjust our tickets. Even if it's a priviledge group. We should be able to open a closed ticket and make product or service adjustments.

We should be able to edit and cancel a closed ticket. IF something was entered incorrectly and we refunded, we should be able to cancel the appointment and rerun the transaction the correct way. The way we were advised to do this is to create a duplicate appointment and check it out the correct way. This creates multiple appts and incorrect sales and data, including messing up payroll.
