    Keep trying to do electronic forms in Boulevard, and some form of running log (in a form, not in the client notes) would be amazing for our massages and facials.

    Clicking on the little counterclockwise arrow beside the "today" button will reset the calendar to today and "is working" It is the easiest way to get out of a weird calendar setup.

    Related is when clicking on calendar you can choose "first available" for resource and it won't pick an available resource even if one is available.

    As a fallback there should always be a warning if a resource is being overbooked.

    It is so awkward to tell people that we can't connect their appointments when they have previously booked online and done it. I agree that the dashboard should have every privilege that the customer facing tool does.

    We use Text Expander system wide, it can provide this functionality for charts as well as providing great pre-formatted responses for texts, etc...
