You can set up your pedicure chairs as resources that are tied to your pedicures. Then you can't overbook the chairs.

It is also made harder that forms cannot be moved between guests, so we end up with husband form under wife's name, etc...

Getting full parity between summaries and reports would be a start to helping this. There are so many summaries that you cannot recreate in reports, and there are times that it would be so helpful to have them in there!

When I have five weeks that mess up a schedule I often just schedule all of the days and then remove the wrong ones.
No matter how I do this I end up with mistakes.

Our old software had a system to look for duplicate profiles and merge them from one screen. It was super easy to go in once a month and merge any duplicates and clean up the list. Boulevard makes it so hard that we just live with duplicates until they cause problems.

I agree that at least larger updates should be overnight. We have run into issues where we refresh the page between checkouts and the entire process is different and we are stuck looking like idiots that don't know how our own software works. I usually blame Boulevard, but the look isn't good for either of us. And often the guidance for new updates lags the actual update by minutes, hours, or days. It should be the other way around "New checkout experience coming tomorrow!"

I was shocked that there was no demo environment available when we onboarded with Boulevard. Virtually every other software has a demo environment that you can use when onboarding (and usually get access to for training later if you want it)
