An error occurred while saving the comment Ben Stevens commentedThis is especially hard if you add a seller to the item. The seller name takes over and then you don't know the name of the item. I have had clients that want to remove an item, and I end up having to remove every item from the cart and start over because I can't see the name to remove the correct item.

An error occurred while saving the comment Ben Stevens commentedIt should apply to ALL staff, even if they are added after the closure is scheduled. I have been burned by blocking all staff for a date, then hiring a new person and accidentally opening their schedule for that date.

I cobbled something together in excel to do this, but it was kind of a pain to work with. If there is an easy report (especially if it could be shown live with the "merge Clients" screen as an integrated tool it would be easy to maintain fewer duplicate profiles.

People select a provider without realizing "First available" is an option, then they are locked out from seeing many potential appointments. I think it should default to First Available, and then have the option to choose a specific person.

We have so many services and products that are labeled as "trial" and "sample" and guests like "Bob Fake" so we can do training and try out new ideas in our live environment.

We have many parents who always end up under the kids' name, and vice versa. A more robust system to manage parent/child accounts would be very helpful for this!
