We would love the ability to send new clients a secure “Complete Your Reservation” link via SMS after booking an appointment over the phone or text.

The link would allow clients to:
- Securely enter and save their credit card information.
- Pay the required appointment deposit.
- Confirm their reservation once payment is completed.

Key feature: The link should have a customizable expiration time of 30, 60, or 90 minutes, selected by our team when sending it.

If the client does not complete the process before the link expires, the appointment time would automatically be released or marked as unconfirmed, depending on the business's settings and client and us informed.

This would help businesses secure appointments, reduce no-shows, eliminate manual payment follow-ups, and prevent unpaid reservations from blocking valuable appointment availability. We find it very challenging to take CC over the phone in a busy and noisy Concierge environment or a busy spa/salon
