Membership monthly benefit that expires AND can be applied toward any eligible service (pay the difference)
We run a $148/month membership. Each month the member's benefit should be usable toward any eligible treatment (a facial, microneedling, a chemical peel), with the member paying the difference for higher-priced services. Unused benefit should expire at the end of the billing cycle. Today, account credit can be applied to any service but never expires, and vouchers can expire but are locked to specific services at full value. We'd love either (1) an expiration setting for membership account credit, or (2) a dollar-value membership voucher that expires and can be "upgraded" toward any eligible service, with the client paying the remaining balance. This is standard in banked-style med spa memberships and would remove the manual monthly credit cleanup.
