Add a travel note option to appointment reminders
Clients in Dubai almost all reach us by metro, and late arrivals usually start with an empty travel card. It would help if appointment reminders could include a line for travel planning, the way some salons already share this page so clients can check nol card balance online and top up before they leave. A small travel note inside the reminder template would cut down our no-show follow-ups.
