finishing time on the clients end
I think it would be best if finishing time was not included in the total duration for the client to see for the appointment length. As at our spa, we want to utilize the finishing time as a clean up period for the therapist and for the client to be "unavailable" while switching between services. It is not additional time for their appointment.
