WHAT IT IS:
The platform processes/debits royalty payments from franchisees. Boulevard has reporting to support this today, but doesn't support the actual ACH debit/pull.

USE CASE:
Royalty payments are collected today entirely through Zenoti's built-in auto-debit. Zenoti calculates the royalty owed per franchisee and automatically ACH-pulls the funds from each franchisee's account inside the platform. Her pain: chasing money from an unhappy or non-compliant franchisee is a real business problem, and auto-debit means corporate doesn't have to ask for payment.
