Locking / visual flag for rebooked appointments
WHAT IT IS:
A visual indicator on the calendar that marks which completed appointments were rebooked (and, by absence, which weren't), so a manager can glance at a day's schedule and see rebooking status without opening each appointment or running a report.
USE CASE:
Staff lock/tag an appointment every time they rebook a patient at checkout. Managers scan the day's calendar to spot who did and didn't rebook, then coach providers on missed rebooking opportunities. Today this is only visible by pulling a rebooked report, not at a glance on the book.

VERBATIM QUOTES (call timestamps):
(52:48, Jeff) "In a past life, I used Zenoti and they had a lock feature that when you locked an appointment, it put a black box around it. We taught our team to do that every time they rebooked a patient. And so we could look at a schedule for the day and be like, why didn't this person rebook? Why didn't that person immediately go and start coaching on it? So that would just be helpful if there's a way."
(50:30 / 52:33, Jeff Peel) "Is there a way to visually see that someone's rebooked a future appointment? ... I can't look at a calendar for a day and say like X number of people have rebooked?"
