Product update (Brita Seltzer, 7/20): SSO is owned by Shared Services (previous PM moved to CXP). No current plans to expand SSO vendors, but Q4 planning is underway; she asked whether this is on the priority list with a business case. Tiffany added it to the RnD formatted slides (slide 5) on 7/21. (The earlier note that Mik Lernout had pinged Jess for roadmap status was struck through in the original post.)
