Discount stacking controls (promos vs. membership benefits)
WHAT IT IS:
Rules for whether a promo stacks with a membership discount, or which one wins. Today, all applicable offers, membership discounts, and manual discounts stack to give the client the best price. There's no setting to make an offer exclusive or non-stackable.
USE CASE:
Self Care Stash members get 15% off everything. When a sale is smaller than 15%, the member discount should win. When a sale is bigger (e.g., 50% off), the member discount shouldn't stack on top.

VERBATIM QUOTES (call timestamps):
(54:52) "Right now our SCS members get 15 percent off of everything. If we are offering products on sale. Is there a way to prevent that discount stacking with the discount we're offering on the products?"
(55:52) "Let's say we're offering 10 percent off of something products. OK? But their benefit is 15. I would want their benefit to take precedence. However if we're offering like half off of select products, I don't want them to be able to stack another 15 percent onto that 50?"

NOTES / INTERNAL CONTEXT:
Open question in Slack thread (Mike Raab to Claire Gordon, 9/24): are any of these blockers, or nice-to-haves since it would replace their marketing platform? Not answered in the channel.
