Pop ups on client charts
On various EMR systems I’ve used, there has always been an option to add a “sticky note” to a client’s chart that automatically pops up when you open their profile. I’ve found this to be extremely helpful for important information such as client allergies, name pronunciation, pronouns, or other details that staff may need to be aware of before interacting with the client.
I would love to see an option like this added where a sticky note could be attached to a client’s chart and would require the user to physically click out of it, helping ensure that the message has been seen and acknowledged.
