Enable/disable IP address restriction by location
Currently, a user is restricted by IP address based on their role. When a business uses dynamic addresses, the update isn't always automatic and the business needs to be able to disable the requirement for a day or so before the new one works. Until then, the entire business must have it disabled instead of just at the location where the address recently changed. Ideally, the IP address can be disabled only at the location level when necessary.
