I’d love to see an option that allows each therapist to set a maximum daily workload, either by number of clients or by total active treatment hours.

For example, a therapist could choose:
• Maximum 4 clients per day
• Maximum 6 hours of hands-on treatment time per day
• Or both, whichever limit is reached first

This would be especially helpful for massage therapists because the number of appointments alone doesn’t always reflect the physical workload. Four 90-minute massages are very different from four 30-minute appointments.

Ideally, once a therapist reaches their daily client or treatment-hour limit, the scheduling system would automatically stop showing additional bookable appointments for that therapist, while still allowing availability for other therapists.

It would also be great if the limits could be customized by day, since a therapist may be comfortable with a different workload on a Monday versus a Saturday.

I think this would be a really valuable feature for preventing therapist burnout while still giving business owners flexibility in managing their schedules.
