Annual Alert/Reminder for Good Faith Exam (GFE) Renewal

Summary:
Add an automated reminder system that alerts providers and/or staff when a patient's Good Faith Exam (GFE) is due for annual renewal.

Problem:
Currently, there is no way within Boulevard to track or receive notifications for when a patient's GFE is approaching its annual renewal date. As medical providers, we're required to clear patients annually before continuing certain treatments and to update their health information. Without a built-in reminder, this tracking has to be done manually (or not at all), which creates compliance risk and makes it easy for charts to lapse without anyone noticing.

Requested Feature:

An automated alert or flag tied to each patient's chart that triggers when their GFE is approaching its 1-year expiration (e.g., 30/14/7 days out, configurable).
Alerts visible to providers and/or front desk staff — ideally surfaced on the patient's profile, in the daily schedule/appointment view, and/or as a dashboard notification so it's caught before or at check-in.
Ability to see at a glance (list or filter view) which patients have GFEs due or overdue, so staff can proactively schedule renewal visits.
Optional: block or warn against booking/checking in a patient for a treatment requiring a valid GFE if theirs has expired.

Why This Matters:
GFE compliance is a legal and clinical requirement for treatments we provide. Missing a renewal isn't just an administrative gap — it's a compliance issue. An automated tracking/alert system would reduce risk, save staff time currently spent manually cross-checking charts, and ensure patients are properly reassessed on schedule.
