Last Visit Alert on Appointment
When we're at the front desk or looking at the calendar, there's no way to see when a client was last in without clicking into their full profile. During a busy shift, opening each client's account one at a time to check their last visit is slow and easily skipped which means we miss chances to acknowledge flag clients who've lapsed, are back too soon and/or drive rebooking. The Appointment Preview Window already shows client name, phone, service, provider, cost, and notes, but "last visit", one of the most useful data points for the desk isn't there.
Proposed solution:
Surface the client's last visit date on the appointment itself, so it's visible at a glance without opening the profile. Ideally in one or more of these places:
A "Last visit" line in the Appointment Preview Window, next to the existing client details.
A small last-visit indicator on the appointment card on the calendar.
Optionally, a "days since last visit" value and/or a lapsed-client flag driven by visit recency. Possibly an option to set the time frame for which this alert appears.
