CHARGE DEPOSIT WHILE SCHEDULING PATIENT
Current issue is we have to book the appointment then create an invoice to do the account credit for the deposit. By that time, I've forgotten (as we don't keep a paper copy of cc info) their zip code and now can't charge unless I call them back. Or the only way for them to pay it is if they self- book.
