Add chart without booking an appointment / Editing a completed chart
Being able to edit a completed chart/Being able to add a chart directly into a patients profile without booking an appointment!

I think this is important if we want to put something like a telephone call or if you want to document a patients prescription a provider called in to a patient’s pharmacy in someone’s chart without the need of adding an appointment. I want to be able to document someone’s new refill or new prescription without adding an appointment. In the schedule for it.
