Reschedule and cancel appointments.
when clients want to reschedule their appointments, give them an option to cancel their original appointments immediately.

Great news, this already exists! When a client goes to their Appointment Details page, they select "modify" and are given the option to either reschedule the appointment or cancel the appointment.
